The more money you are willing to put on your laptop, the better a laptop you are more likely to get. I will not recommend the brand or model, but before you buy the laptop, make sure you check it against the things I have outlined here
If you need to good configuration laptop then you need think about the latest process and graphics card support but so far it is better to have desktop for heavy running graphic design for the comfort work when compared to desktop, but if you prefer laptop then please consider about taking backups of your saved file.
